Who We Are
Hoopeston Multi-Agency Service Center (HMA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals and families throughout Northern Vermilion County, Illinois.
HMA’s mission is to provide information, referrals, and assistance to individuals facing physical, economic, and social challenges. Through a wide range of programs and services, HMA connects local residents with the resources and support they need to overcome obstacles, achieve greater stability, and build more financially and socially independent lives.
By working alongside individuals, families, community organizations, and local agencies, HMA strives to strengthen our community and ensure that everyone has access to the help and opportunities they need to thrive.

Our Mission
The mission of the Hoopeston Multi-Agency Service Center is to provide information, referrals, and assistance to those in need of economically and socially to promote individuals self-sufficiency, and societal stability, as well as to serve as a community center in the Hoopeston area along with Northern Vermilion County and its immediate surrounding areas.
